Negotiations resumed on March 23 with a planned visit from interim CEO Pat Kelly. The committee received an update on the search for a new CEO and a brief presentation on the company’s current financial status and plan for the year.

We continued negotiating on Article 18, Overtime, and began discussions on Articles 10, Leaves of Absence and 14, Safety and Health. At the end of the week we were able to reach a tentative agreement on Article 14.

Negotiations are scheduled to resume on April 14th.
